s1 2 s3 Community Services (Aborigines) Amendment No. 385, 2003 Regulation (No. 4) 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Community Services (Aborigines) Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2003 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the CommunityServices(Aborigines)Regulation 1998. 3 Replacement of s 65A (Appointment of financial controller—Wujal Wujal Aboriginal Council) Section 65A— omit, insert— ‘65A Appointment of financial controller—Lockhart River Aboriginal Council ‘ (1) Peter James Buckland is appointed as a financial controller for Lockhart River Aboriginal Council. ‘ (2) The appointment is for the period starting on 12 January 2004 and ending on 31 March 2004.’.
