s1 2 s3 Community Services (Aborigines) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2004 No. 82, 2004 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Community Services (Aborigines) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2004 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the CommunityServices(Aborigines)Regulation 1998. 3 Replacement of s 65A (Appointment of financial controller—Lockhart River Aboriginal Council) Section 65A— omit, insert— ‘65A Appointment of financial controller—Lockhart River Aboriginal Council ‘ (1) Peter James Buckland is appointed as a financial controller for Lockhart River Aboriginal Council. ‘ (2) The appointment is for the period starting on 1 July 2004 and ending on 30 September 2004. 1 ’.
