Part 11, immediately before section 65— insert — ‘ Division 1—Forms ’. ˙ Insertion of new pt 11, div 2 hdg 4. Part 11, after section 65— insert — ‘ Division 2—Financial controllers ’. ˙ Amendment of s 65A (Appointment of financial controller) 5. Section 65A, heading— omit, insert — ‘ Appointment of financial controller—Umagico Aboriginal Council ’. ˙ Insertion of new s 65B 6.
