This regulation may be cited as the Community Services (Aborigines) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1996 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the CommunityServices(Aborigines)Regulation 1985 . ˙ Amendment of s 34 (Dissolution of council and appointment of administrator) 3. Section 34(2) and (3)— omit, insert— ‘ (2) Garry Robert Hooper is appointed to discharge and exercise the functions, duties and powers the council had before its dissolution. ‘ (3) The appointment is for 6 months.’.
