2 Community Services (Aborigines) Amendment (No. 2) No. 73, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Community Services (Aborigines) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1994 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Community Services (Aborigines) Regulation 1985 is amended in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of s 12 (Vacating office of member) 3. Section 12(h)— omit, insert— (h) the member becomes— (i) the clerk or deputy clerk; or (ii) a finance officer, financial controller, accountant or other person (however described) responsible for administering the Council’s finances; or ’.
