s1 2 s3 Community Services (Aborigines) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2004 No. 18, 2004 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Community Services (Aborigines) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2004 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the CommunityServices(Aborigines)Regulation 1998. 3 Insertion of new s 65B After section 65A— insert— ‘65B Appointment of financial controller—Palm Island Aboriginal Council ‘ (1) Stephen Hartung is appointed as a financial controller for Palm Island Aboriginal Council. ‘ (2) The appointment is for the period starting on 15 March 2004 and ending on 14 March 2005.’.
