This regulation may be cited as the Community Services (Aborigines) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the CommunityServices(Aborigines)Regulation 1985 . ˙ Insertion of new s 34 3. After section 33— insert— ˙ ‘ Dissolution of council and appointment of administrator ‘ 34.(1) Woorabinda Aboriginal Council is dissolved. ‘ (2) Richard Arthur Charles Morris is appointed to discharge and exercise the functions, duties and powers the council had before its dissolution. ‘ (3) The appointment is for 1 year.’.
