Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2008

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Community Protection (Offender
Reporting) Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2008.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Community Protection (Offender
Reporting) Regulations 2004.

4.             Regulation 5 amended

In regulation 5:

(a) in paragraph (g) delete “Australia.” and insert:

Australia;

(b)	after paragraph (g) insert:
(h) the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (United Kingdom).

5.             Regulation 21 amended

In regulation 21:

(a) in paragraph (c) delete “that Act.” and insert:

that Act;

(b)	after paragraph (c) insert:
(d) a sexual offences prevention order made under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (United Kingdom) section 104 or 105.
