Community Protection (Offender Reporting)

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2007

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Community Protection (Offender
Reporting) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2007.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Community
Protection (Offender Reporting) Regulations 2004*.

3.             Regulation 5 amended

Regulation 5 is amended as follows:

(a) in paragraph (e) by deleting “Territory.” and inserting instead —

“ Territory; ”;

(b) after paragraph (e) by inserting —

“

(f) the Community Protection (Offender
Reporting) Act 2005 of Tasmania.

”.

4.             Regulation 6 amended

Regulation 6 is amended as follows:

(a) in paragraph (e) by deleting “15.” and inserting instead —

“ 15; ”;

(b) after paragraph (e) by inserting —

“

(f)

an offender reporting order made under the Act 2005 of Tasmania sections 6, 7 and 9.

”.
