Community Protection (Offender Reporting)

Amendment Regulations 2010

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Community Protection (Offender
Reporting) Amendment Regulations 2010.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Community Protection (Offender
Reporting) Regulations 2004.

4.            Regulation 11 replaced

Delete regulation 11 and insert:

hA.	Class 1 offences (s. 10)
For the purposes of section 10(c) of the Act, the offences under the provisions of the Criminal Code (Commonwealth) listed in the Table are prescribed to be Class 1 offences.

11.          Class 2 offences (s. 11)
