Amendment Regulations 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

I.            Citation

These regulations are the Community Protection (Offender
Reporting) Amendment Regulations 2006.

2.            The regulations amended

the Australian Capital Territory.

The amendments in these regulations are to the Community
Protection (Offender Reporting) Regulations 2004*.

3.             Regulation 5 amended

Regulation 5 is amended by deleting the full stop at the end of paragraph (d) and inserting instead
