REGULATION

(Relating to fees for lodging plans for registration)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Community Land Development Act 1989, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 1 July 1994.

Amendment

2. The Community Land Development Regulation 1990 is amended by

omitting from item 1 of clause 61 the matter “410.00” and by inserting
instead the matter “460.00”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of th i s Regulation is to increase from $410 to $460 the fee payable to the Registrar-General for lodging a plan (comprising up to and including 4 sheets) for registration as one of the following: community, precinct or neighbourhood plan, community, precinct or neighbourhood plan of subdivision, community, precinct or neighbourhood plan of consolidation or a boundary adjustment within a community or precinct or neighbourhood plan.

This Regulation is made under the Community Land Development Act 1989.
