REGULATION

(Relating to fees for lodging plans for registration)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Community Land Development Act 1989, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 1 July 1993

Amendments

2. The Community Land Development Regulation 1990 is amended:

(a)

by omitting from item 1of clause 61 the matter “360.00” and by inserting instead the matter “410.00”;

(b)

by omitting from item 1 of clause 61 the matter “53.00” and by inserting instead the matter “50.00”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Community Land Development

Regulation 1990 to vary the following fees payable to the Registrar-General:

(a)

to increase from $360 to $410 the fee for lodging a plan (comprising up to and including 4 sheets) for registration as one of the following: community, precinct or neighbourhood plan, community, precinct or neighbourhood plan of subdivision, community, precinct or neighbourhood plan of

(b)

to decrease from $53 to $50 the fee for each additional sheet of such a plan in excess of 4 sheets.

This Regulation is made under the Community Land Development Act 1989,

including section 75 (the general regulation-making power).
