Community justice centre REGULATIONS 2019

Regulations under the Community Justice Centre Act 2005

1Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Community Justice Centre Regulations 2019.

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on the commencement of Part 3 of the Construction Contracts (Security of Payments) Legislation Amendment Act 2019.

3Amount prescribed for when Director may act

For section 20(2)(a) of the Act, the amount prescribed is 30 000 monetary units.

4Amount prescribed for maximum determination

For section 22(1) of the Act, the amount prescribed is 30 000 monetary units.
