Community Based Sentences (Transfer) Amendment Regulations 2022
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Community Based Sentences (Transfer) Regulations 2013 to include the jurisdictions of South Australia, Queensland and the Northern Territory as participating jurisdictions for the purposes of the Community Based Sentences (Transfer) Act 2012.
2Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 28 of the Community Based Sentences (Transfer) Act 2012.
3Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 1 October 2022.
4Principal Regulations
In these Regulations, the Community Based Sentences (Transfer) Regulations 2013[1] are called the Principal Regulations.
5Participating jurisdictions
(1)In regulation 5(d) of the Principal Regulations, for "Australia." substitute "Australia;".
(2)After regulation 5(d) of the Principal Regulations insert—
"(e)South Australia;
(f)Queensland;
(g)Northern Territory.".
