s1 2 s4 Community Ambulance Cover Amendment Regulation No. 259, 2004 (No. 2) 2004 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Community Ambulance Cover Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2004 . 2 Commencement This regulation is taken to have commenced on 11 November 2003. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the CommunityAmbulanceCoverRegulation 2003. 4 Amendment of s 4 (Prescribed types of tariffs—Act, s 99) Section 4— insert— ‘(2) The following types of tariffs, as described in the electricity tariff schedule, are prescribed for section 99(3) of the Act— • Tariff 31—Night Rate (Super Economy) • Tariff 33—Controlled Supply (Economy).’.
