Community Ambulance Cover Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Community Ambulance Cover Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2009. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the CommunityAmbulanceCoverRegulation 2003. 4 Replacement of ss 3 and 4 Sections 3 and 4— omit, insert— ‘3 Prescription of annual levy—Act, s 19 ‘For section 19(2) of the Act, the annual levy is— (a) $102.69 for the financial year starting on 1 July 2008; and (b) $105.87 for the financial year starting on 1 July 2009. ‘4 Notification of daily levy—Act, s 20 ‘For section 20(3) of the Act, the daily levy is— (a) 28.134c for the financial year starting on 1 July 2008; and (b) 29.005c for the financial year starting on 1 July 2009.’.
