s1 2 s5 Community Ambulance Cover Amendment Regulation No. 91, 2007 (No. 1) 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Community Ambulance Cover Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2007. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the CommunityAmbulanceCoverRegulation 2003 . 4 Replacement of ss 3 and 4 Sections 3 and 4— omit, insert — ‘3 Prescription of annual levy—Act, s 19 ‘For section 19(2) of the Act, the annual levy is— (a) $95.23 for the financial year starting on 1 July 2006; and (b) $97.99 for the financial year starting on 1 July 2007. ‘4 Notification of daily levy—Act, s 20 ‘For section 20(3) of the Act, the daily levy is— (a) 26.09c for the financial year starting on 1 July 2006; and (b) 26.773c for the financial year starting on 1 July 2007.’. 5 Omission of s 5 (Prescribed types of non-domestic tariffs—Act, ss 30 and 44) Section 5— omit.
