s1 2 s4 Community Ambulance Cover Amendment Regulation No. 89, 2006 (No. 1) 2006 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Community Ambulance Cover Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2006 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2006. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the CommunityAmbulanceCoverRegulation 2003. 4 Replacement of ss 3 and 4 Sections 3 and 4— omit, insert — ‘3 Prescription of annual levy—Act, s 19 ‘For section 19(2) 1 of the Act, the annual levy is— (a) $92.55 for the financial year starting on 1 July 2005; and (b) $95.23 for the financial year starting on 1 July 2006. ‘4 Notification of daily levy—Act, s 20 ‘For section 20(3) 2 of the Act, the daily levy is— (a) 25.356c for the financial year starting on 1 July 2005; and (b) 26.09c for the financial year starting on 1 July 2006.’. 1 Section 19 (Annual levy) of the Act 2 Section 20 (Daily levy) of the Act
