s1 2 s5 Community Ambulance Cover Amendment Regulation No. 88, 2005 (No. 1) 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Community Ambulance Cover Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2005. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the CommunityAmbulanceCoverRegulation 2003. 4 Renumbering of ss 3–8 Sections 3 to 8— renumber as sections 5 to 10. 5 Replacement of ss 2A and 2B Sections 2A and 2B— omit, insert — ‘3 Prescription of annual levy—Act, s 19 ‘For section 19(2) 1 of the Act, the annual levy is— (a) $90.20 for the financial year starting on 1 July 2004; and (b) $92.55 for the financial year starting on 1 July 2005. ‘4 Notification of daily levy—Act, s 20 ‘For section 20(3) 2 of the Act, the daily levy is— (a) 24.712c for the financial year starting on 1 July 2004; and (b) 25.356c for the financial year starting on 1 July 2005.’. 1 Section 19 (Annual levy) of the Act 2 Section 20 (Daily levy) of the Act
