s1 2 s3 Community Ambulance Cover Amendment Regulation No. 52, 2004 (No. 1) 2004 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Community Ambulance Cover Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2004 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the CommunityAmbulanceCoverRegulation 2003. 3 Insertion of new ss 2A and 2B After section 2— insert — ‘2A Prescription of annual levy—Act, s 19 ‘For section 19(2) 1 of the Act, the annual levy for the financial year starting on 1 July 2004 is $90.20. ‘2B Notification of daily levy—Act, s 20 ‘For section 20(3) 2 of the Act, the daily levy for the financial year starting on 1 July 2004 is 24.712 c.’.
