Arrangement for conduct of election.

[1]        On 28 January 2015 the Queensland Branch of the Plumbing Division of the

Communications, Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied

Services Union of Australia (the organisation) lodged with the Fair Work Commission (the

Commission) the prescribed information in relation to an election for the following offices:

Branch President	(1)
Branch Vice-President	(1)
Branch Secretary	(1)
Branch Assistant Secretary	(1)
Branch Trustee	(2)
Branch Committee Member	(5)
Federal Vice President	(1)
Federal Councillor	(1)

[2]        On 2 February 2015 the Commission contacted the organisation to request a copy of a

resolution determining the number of Committee Members in accordance with the rules.

[3]        On 3 February 2015 the organisation provided a copy of the resolution as requested.

[4]        I am satisfied that an election for the abovenamed offices is required to be held under

the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the Fair Work (Registered

Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of the election by the

Australian Electoral Commission.
