Arrangement for conduct of election.

[1]        On 1 September 2015, the New South Wales Divisional Branch of the Electrical,

Energy and Services Division of the Communications, Electrical, Electronic, Energy,

Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia lodged with the Fair

Work Commission the prescribed information in relation to an election for the following

offices:

NEW SOUTH WALES DIVISIONAL BRANCH

Divisional Branch Vice President	(1)
Divisional Branch Treasurer	(1)
Divisional Branch Trustee	(3)

One Divisional Branch Executive Member from each of the following sections:

Radio, Television and Communications

Manufacturing

Transport Authorities

Electrical Contracting

General Trade

Supply Authorities

Salaried Officers

[2]        I am satisfied that an election for the abovenamed offices is required to be held under

the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the Fair Work (Registered

Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of the election by the

Australian Electoral Commission.
