Arrangement for conduct of election.

[1]        On 15 January 2016 the Communications Division of the Communications, Electrical,

Electronic, Energy, Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia

lodged with the Fair Work Commission the prescribed information in relation to a casual

vacancy election, for the remainder of the term, for the following offices:

Victoria Telecommunications and Services Branch

Branch President (honorary)	(1)
South Australia and Northern Territory Communications Branch
Branch Vice President (honorary)	(1)
Telecommunications and Information Technology Industry Section
Branch Committee of Management Member (honorary)	(4)
Divisional Executive Member (honorary)	(1)
Divisional Conference Delegate (honorary)	(1)

[2]        I am satisfied that an election for the abovenamed offices is required to be held under

the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the Fair Work (Registered

Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of the election by the

Australian Electoral Commission.
