4Registration fee

  • (1)

    For paragraph 9 (1) (b) of the Act, the fee for registering a motor vehicle is the amount that would be payable, under a law of the State or Territory where the vehicle is being registered, for registering the vehicle.

  • (2)

    In subregulation (1), the reference to the law of the State or Territory is a reference to the law as in force when this subregulation commences.
