Commonwealth Teaching Service Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)
REGULATION UNDER THE COMMONWEALTH TEACHING SERVICE ACT 1972-1973.*

Amendment of the Commonwealth Teaching Service Regulations
After regulation 4 of the Commonwealth Teaching Service Regulations the following regulations are inserted:—
“ 4a. For the purposes of sub-section 30 (3) of the Act, there is payable to a Chairman of a Promotions Appeal Board for each day on which he attends a meeting of a Board—
(a) if the duration of the meeting is less than 3 hours—a fee of $25; or
(b) in any other case—a fee of $40.
“ 4b. For the purposes of sub-section 37 (3) of the Act, there is payable to a Chairman of a Disciplinary Appeals Board for each day on which he attends a meeting of a Board—
(a) if the duration of the meeting is less than 3 hours—a fee of $25; or
(b) in any other case—a fee of $40.”.
