1. Name of direction

This direction is the Commonwealth Services Delivery Agency (Functions of Chief Executive Officer — Repeal) Direction 2011.

1. Commencement

This direction commences at the end of 30 June 2011.

1. Repeal

   The following instruments are repealed:

(a)    Commonwealth Services Delivery Agency Directions 2001;

(b)    Commonwealth Services Delivery Agency (Functions of Chief Executive Officer) Direction 2007;

(c)    Commonwealth Services Delivery Agency (Functions of the Chief Executive Officer) Direction 2009;

(d)    Commonwealth Services Delivery Agency (Functions of Chief Executive Officer — Call Centre Services) Direction 2009;

(e)                Commonwealth Services Delivery Agency (Functions of Chief Executive Officer — Commonwealth Services and Enabling Services) Direction 2010;

(f)    Commonwealth Services Delivery Agency (Functions of Chief Executive Officer — Management Services) Direction 2010;

(g)    Commonwealth Services Delivery Agency (Functions of the Chief Executive Officer) Direction 2011 (No. 1);

(h)    Commonwealth Services Delivery Agency (Functions of Chief Executive Officer) Direction 2011 (No. 2).
