I, Tanya Plibersek, Minister for Human Services, give this Direction under paragraph 8 (1) (c) of the Commonwealth Services Delivery Agency Act 1997.

1              Name of Direction

This Direction is the Commonwealth Services Delivery Agency (Functions of Chief Executive Officer — Management Services) Direction 2010.

2              Commencement

This Direction commences on the day after it is registered under the Legislative Instruments Act 2003.

3              Direction to perform function — management services

Under paragraph 8 (1) (c) of the Act, the Chief Executive Officer is directed to perform the function of providing assistance to the Secretary of the Department, including in relation to the management of the Department.
