Commonwealth Serum Laboratories Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Commonwealth Serum Laboratories Act 1961.

Regulations 3 and 4 of the Commonwealth Serum Laboratories Regulations are repealed and the following regulation is substituted:

Prescribed classes of pharmaceutical products

“3. The following classes of pharmaceutical products are prescribed for the purposes of paragraph 19 (1) (a) of the Commonwealth Serum Laboratories Act 1961:

(a) pharmaceutical products used in parenteral therapy;

(b) pharmaceutical products used in non-parenteral therapy;

(c) laboratory and diagnostic agents and devices.”.
