Commonwealth Serum Laboratories Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Commonwealth Serum Laboratories Act 1961.

Prescribed amounts—-section 20 of the Act

Regulation 5 of the Commonwealth Serum Laboratories Regulations is amended by:

(a) omitting from subregulation (1) “$2,000,000” and substituting “$3,000,000”;

(b) omitting from subregulation (2) “$1,000,000” and substituting “$3,000,000”.
