PROVISIONAL REGULATION UNDER THE COMMONWEALTH PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1902.

I, THE GOVERNOR‑GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that, on account of urgency, the following Regulation under the Commonwealth Public Service Act 1902 should come into operation as from the 1st July, 1907, and make the Regulation to come into operation as from that date.

Regulation 104 of the Regulations under the Commonwealth Public Service Act 1902 is amended as follows :—
