PROVISIONAL REGULATION UNDER THE COMMONWEALTH PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1902.

THE GOVERNOR GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that, on account of
urgency, the following Regulation under the

A new Regulation No. 264A in the following terms is hereby made:—
264a. Where the Chief Officer and the Public Service Inspector are not in agreement as to the
personnel of a Board of Inquiry proposed to be appointed, the matter shall be referred to the Commissioner by the Public Service Inspector for determination.
