AMENDMENT OF PUBLIC SERVICE REGULATION No. 104.

104. The number of each Class of Officers in each grade shall be maintained as nearly as possible in the proportions that are from time to time determined for each State by the Commissioner, and the rates of pay shall be shown in the Schedule hereunder :—
