PROVISIONAL REGULATION UNDER THE COMMONWEALTH PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1902.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that the following Regulation under the Commonwealth Public Service Act 1902should, on account of urgency, come into immediate operation, and make the Regulation to come into operation forthwith as a Provisional Regulation.

Amendment of Public Service Regulation No. 104.

(a) Public Service Regulation 104 is amended by substituting the word “Lineman” for the words “Line Repairer” in the first column of the schedule.

(b)Public Service Regulation 104 is amended to provide for the grading in the General Division of the position of Assistant Compositor of Publications, as under:—
