REGULATIONS UNDER THE COMMONWEALTH PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1937.*

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD appointed under the Commonwealth Public Service Act 1922-1937, in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the said Act, and subject to the approval of the Governor-General, hereby makes the following Regulations.

Amendments of the Commonwealth Public Service Regulations. 

Test of qualifications for certain officer.

1. Regulation 112a of the Commonwealth Public Service Regulations is amended by inserting in sub-regulation (1.), after the word “Postmaster.”, the words “Radio Inspector, Assistant.”.

Removal of furniture.

2. Regulation 120 of the Commonwealth Public Service Regulations is amended by adding at the end of sub-regulation (5.) the following words:—

“, except where removal is effected by a Department, in which case compensation may be allowed under such conditions as are approved from time to time by the Board.".
