STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATION UNDER THE COMMONWEALTH PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1902.
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation
under the

A new Regulation No. 264a in the following terms in hereby made:—
264 a. Where the Chief Officer and the Public Service Inspector are not in agreement as to the
personnel of a Board of Inquiry proposed to be appointed, the matter shall be referred to the Commissioner by the Public Service Inspector for determination.
