REGULATIONS UNDER THE COMMONWEALTH PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1945.*

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD appointed under the Commonwealth Public Service Act 1922-1945, in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the said Act, and subject to the approval of His Royal Highness the Governor-General, hereby makes the following Regulations.

Amendments of the Commonwealth Public Service Regulations. 

Officers and employees on duty away from head-quarters. Allowance on sick leave.

1. Regulation 79a of the Commonwealth Public Service Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (2.) the words “: provided that the maximum period in respect of which the allowance may be paid shall be six days”.

Salaries of officers of Third Division.

2.Regulation 105 of the Commonwealth Public Service Regulations is amended by inserting in sub-regulation (1.), after the figures “1,312” occurring in Table A, the figures “1,362”, “1,412”, “1,462” and “1,512”.

Allowances in addition to salary.

3. Regulation 105c of the Commonwealth Public Service Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1.) the words “At Wagga Wagga, New South Wales—an allowance to increase salary to £366 per annum.”.
