COMMONWEALTH PUBLIC SERVICE REGULATIONS (EIGHTH AMENDMENT 1922).

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Commonwealth Public Service Act 1902-1918, to come into operation forthwith.

Amendment of Commonwealth Public Service Regulations.

Regulation 104 of the Public Service Regulations is amended as follows:—

(a)By the deletion from Table B of the following—

Checker (Female) (Machinist)	III.	132	162	6	Advancement beyond £132 per annum is conditional on passing Machinists’ Examination
Sorter (Female) (Machinist)	III.	132	162	6	Advancement beyond £132 per annum is conditional on passing the Machinists’ Examination

(b)By the insertion in Table B of the following—

		Minimum.	Maximum.
Machinist (Female)	II.	78	120	..	Under 18 years of age, £78. At 18 years of age, £90. At 19 years of age, £102. At 20 years of age, £120.
Machinist (Female) (Adult)	III.	132	162	6	Advancement beyond £132 per annum is conditional on passing Machinists’ Examination.
