Amendments of Commonwealth Public Service Regulations.
(Statutory Rules 1926, No. 212, as amended to this date.)
(
a ) by adding at the end of paragraph (h ) the following words:—“Where such an officer has graduated in law, he may be regarded as having complied with condition (ii) if, in the opinion of the Board, his experience and efficiency so warrant.”
(
b ) by adding at the end of paragraph (i) the following words:—“Where such an officer has already graduated in law, the Board may fix the minimum salary to be paid to that officer in the office and the date for purposes of future advancement from which it shall be deemed to have been paid.”
