REGULATIONS UNDER THE COMMONWEALTH PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1931.

THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS appointed under the Commonwealth Public Service Act 1922-1931, in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the said Act, and subject to the approval of the Governor-General, hereby makes the following Regulations, to come into operation on and from the twenty-ninth day of September, 1932.

Amendments of Commonwealth Public Service Regulations.

(Statutory Rules. 1929, No. 212, as amended to this date.)

Regulation 106c is amended:—

(a) by omitting the figures “143, 167 and 136” and inserting in their stead the figures “139, 163 and 132” respectively.

(b)by inserting at the end of the regulation the following sub-regulation:

“(2.) For the purpose of this regulation a married officer shall be deemed to include any adult officer who is maintaining a home in circumstances which, in the opinion of the Board, justify his inclusion.”
