Amendments of Commonwealth Public Service Regulations.
(Statutory Rules. 1929, No. 212, as amended to this date.)
Regulation 106c is amended:—
(
a ) by omitting the figures “143, 167 and 136” and inserting in their stead the figures “139, 163 and 132” respectively.(
b )by inserting at the end of the regulation the following sub-regulation:
“(2.) For the purpose of this regulation a married officer shall be deemed to include any adult officer who is maintaining a home in circumstances which, in the opinion of the Board, justify his inclusion.”
