REGULATIONS UNDER THE COMMONWEALTH PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1933.

THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS appointed under the Commonwealth Public Service Act 1922-1933, in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon itby the said Act, and subject to the approval of the Governor-General, hereby makes the following Regulation.

Amendments of Commonwealth PUBLIC Service Regulations.

(Statutory Rules 1926, No, 212, as amended to this date.)

Regulation 105a is amended by inserting after the words “per annum” appearing opposite the offices “Examiner of Patents” and “Examiner of Trade Marks” in the column headed “Conditions of Advancement of Officer”, the following:—

  • “or,

     if appointed as Examiner of Patents or Examiner of Trade Marks at a salary exceeding £402 per annum, shall not be advanced beyond that salary,”.
