Amendments of Commonwealth Public Service Regulations,
(Statutory Rules 1926, No. 212, as amended to this date.)

a ) by omitting sub‑regulation (4.) and inserting in its stead the following sub‑regulation:—“(4.) Any officer appointed, transferred or promoted to an office in Canberra prior to the fourteenth day of May, 1931, who purchased or built a house in Canberra prior to that date, shall be paid such allowance, if any, as the Board from time to time determines.”; and
