REGULATIONS UNDER THE COMMONWEALTH PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1933.

THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS appointed under the Commonwealth Public Service Act 1922-1933, in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the said Act, and subject to the approval of the Governor-General, hereby makes the following Regulations.

Amendments of Commonwealth Public Service Regulations.

(Statutory Rules 1926, No. 212 as amended to this date.)

1. Regulation 104 is amended—

(a) by inserting in the table after “Prime Minister’s Department “the following particulars:—

2. Regulation 105a is amended by inserting, after the office of “Quantity Surveyor, £120-£474”, the following office and particulars:—

(1.) Shall not be advanced beyond £330 per annum unless qualified for a second class commercial operator’s certificate of proficiency issued under Regulation 127 of the Regulations made under the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1905-1919

(2) Shall not be advanced beyond £354 per annum unless qualified for a first class commercial operator’s certificate of proficiency issued under Regulation 127 of the Regulations made under the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1905-1919

3. Regulation 105b is amended—

(a) by omitting the figure and word “1 position” shown opposite the office of “Clerk, Meteorological Branch (Central Staff)” and inserting in their stead the figure and word “2 positions”;

(b) by omitting the following office and particulars:—
