REGULATIONS UNDER THE COMMONWEALTH PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922–1934.*

THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS appointed under the Commonwealth Public Service Act 1922–1934, in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the said Act, and subject to the approval of the Governor-General, hereby makes the following Regulation.

Amendments of Commonwealth Public Service Regulations. 

Allowances in addition to salary.

Regulation 106 is amended by inserting after sub-regulation (7.) the following sub-regulation:—

“(7a.) An allowance in addition to salary, at such rate as is determined from time to time by the Board, but not exceeding £50 per annum, may be granted to any Typist whose services are regularly utilized in taking notes of evidence in Courts of Law or on duties which, in the opinion of the Board, are of like character.”.
