1936. No. 5.

REGULATIONS UNDER THE COMMONWEALTH PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922–1934.*

THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS appointed under the Commonwealth Public Service Act 1922–1934, in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the said Act, and subject to the approval of the Governor‑General, hereby makes the following Regulations.

Amendments of Commonwealth Public Service Regulations. 

Salaries of Officers of Second Division.

1. Regulation 104 is amended—

(a) by omitting from the table the office of “Assistant Commissioner, Office of Public Service Board” and the particulars shown opposite such office;

(b)by omitting from the table the office of “Assistant Secretary, Department of External Affairs” and the particulars shown opposite such office;

(c) by omitting from the table the figures “828” and “900” shown opposite the office of “Government Printer” and inserting in their stead the figures “876” and “1,000”.

Salaries of Female Officers.

2. Regulation 105b is amended—

(a)by inserting, after the office of “Librarian, Department of Trade and Customs”, the following office and particulars:—
