REGULATIONS UNDER THE COMMONWEALTH PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1934.*

THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS appointed under the Commonwealth Public Service Act 1922-1934, in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the said Act, and subject to the approval of the Governor-General, hereby makes the following Regulations.

Amendments of Commonwealth Public Service Regulations. 

Salaries of Officers of Second Division.

1. Regulation 104 is amended—

(a) by omitting from the table the following offices and particulars—

(b) by omitting from the table the offices of “Commonwealth Statistician” and “Economist, Statistician’s Branch”, and the particulars shown opposite such offices;

(c) by inserting in the table, before the office of “Assistant Secretary (Administrative)”, the following office and particulars:—

2. Regulation 105b is amended by omitting the figures “232” and “304” shown opposite the office of “Clerk, Public Service Inspector’s Office, New South “Wales” and inserting in their stead the figures “256” and “328”.

Allowances in addition to salary.

3. Regulation 105c is amended —

(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (1) in the third line the words “Senior Telegraphist” and inserting in their stead the word “Supervisor”;

(b) by omitting from sub-regulation (2) in the second line the words “Telegraphist-in-charge” and inserting in their stead the word “Supervisor”.

Salaries of officers of the Fourth Division.

4. Regulation 106 is amended—

(a) by inserting in the table, after the office of “Assistant (Patrol)”, the following office and particulars:—
