STATUTORY RULES
REGULATIONS UNDER THE COMMONWEALTH PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1902-1915.
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Commonwealth Public Service Act 1902-1915, to come into operation forthwith.

Sub-Regulations
(1), (2), and (3) of Regulation 66 are
(1) Except as hereinafter provided, an officer who is required to attend for duty on a Sunday shall be paid for such attendance at the rate of time and a half for the period of attendance.
(2) An officer who has been required to perform a full day’s duty on a Sunday shall as far as practicable be granted in respect of such Sunday attendance a day off duty during the six days succeeding such Sunday, and in such case the payment for Sunday attendance shall be half a day’s pay.
An officer employed at a radio-telegraph station, where the duties are so arranged that the officer is released from duty for fifty-two days in the year, either on Sundays or on days in lieu of Sundays, shall be allowed, for time worked on Sundays, half a day’s additional pay for a full day’s duty, and a proportionate amount when less than a full day is worked.
(3) Where an officer resides on the premises where his duties are performed and his attendances on Sundays are intermittent or for brief periods he shall not be entitled to claim extra pay for such attendances except upon approval by the Commissioner. If payment be approved it shall be at the rate of time and a half, but not less than Two shillings.
