STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATION UNDER THE COMMONWEALTH PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1937.*
I, THE
ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with
the advice of the Federal Executive Council, on the recommendation of the
President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, hereby
make the following Regulation under the

Amendment of the Commonwealth Public Service (Parliamentary Officers) Regulations.
Regulation 69 of the Commonwealth Public Service (Parliamentary Officers) Regulations is amended—
(
a ) by adding at the end of paragraph (i) of sub-regulation (4.) the word “ and ” ; and(
b ) by omitting from sub-regulation (4.) all words from and including “On compliance with” (first occurring) to end of sub-regulation and inserting in their stead the following words :—“ On compliance with conditions (i) and (ii) the officer shall advance by such increments as are prescribed to a maximum of £330 per annum in the case of a male, or £280 per annum in the case of a female.
“ On compliance with conditions (i) and (iii) the officer shall be paid not less than £330 per annum in the case of a male, or £280 per annum in the case of a female, and shall advance by such increments as are prescribed to a maximum of £402 per annum in the case of a male, or £352 per annum in the case of a female.”
