1  Name

(1)   This instrument is the Commonwealth price (Pharmaceutical benefits supplied by approved pharmacists) Amendment Determination 2019.

(2)   This instrument may also be cited as PB 51 of 2019.

2  Commencement

This instrument commences 1 July 2019.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under paragraph 98B(1)(a) of the National Health Act 1953.

4  Schedules

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1—Amendments

Commonwealth price (Pharmaceutical benefits supplied by approved pharmacists) Determination 2015

[1]           Section 6 (definition of dangerous drug fee)

Omit “$3.07”, substitute “$3.11”.

[2]           Section 6 (definition of extemporaneously-prepared dispensing fee)

Omit “$9.33”, substitute “$9.43”.

[3]           Section 6 (definition of ready-prepared dispensing fee)

Omit “$7.29”, substitute “$7.39”.

Repeal the table, substitute:
