Act 2006 section 2 by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

This proclamation is the Commonwealth Powers (De Facto

Relationships) Act 2006 Commencement Proclamation 2020.

2.             Commencement of Act

The Commonwealth Powers (De Facto Relationships) Act 2006, other than sections 1 and 2, comes into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Gazette.
